A few reminders and announcements…

...All dance classes will resume on Monday, January 3, 2011

...Recital intention forms with costume deposits are due no later than January 14, 2011-- this must be turned in to participate

...If you wish to pay for the 2nd semester in full, you will receive a 10% discount. Payment is due by January 10, 2011. Call Heather for calculations.

...Snow Make-up dates:
- Make-up for Monday, Dec. 6 will be held on Monday, Jan 17 for all classes at regular times
- Make-up for Tuesday, Dec. 7 will be held on Tuesday, April 19 (over planned spring break)
- Make-up for Monday, Dec 13 will be held on Monday, Feb. 21 for all classes at regular times
- Make-up for Tuesday, Dec 14 will be held later in the spring when the weather improves… dates will be announced

...2011 Spring recital will be held on Saturday, May 21 at 1pm at Saegertown High School. The dress rehearsal will be held on Friday, May 20 in the evening. Please mark your calendars.

ZUMBA updates & cancellations

Hi Everyone!
Just a reminder--> the dance studio is closed this week (Dec. 27-31st) so there will be no ZUMBA class on Monday, December 27. Monday night ZUMBA will resume next week on Monday, January 3 at 7:45pm at the studio.

Also, for those of you who attend class in Conneautville, we will not be holding class this Wednesday, December 29. I apologize for the cancellation for those of you who might have been planning to attend. Please spread the word-- we will be back at it on Saturday morning, January 8 at 9:30am.

Hope to see you all after the New Year so we can start to tackle those New Years resolutions!

Dance classes

No Dance or ZUMBA classes tonight, Monday 12/6 due to inclement weather. Stay warm!

ZUMBA at half-time

A few weekends ago, I had the opportunity to participate in a half-time show at a Cleveland Cavs NBA game.  I, along with 100+ other ZUMBA instructors, learned a routine and performed it at half-time in coordination with the Go Red Campaign.  The idea was to get more people aware of how much fun ZUMBA is and how it is appropriate for anyone to participate. Here is a pic of me, taken by a professional photographer shakin' it during the game. It really was a blast!

Stuff at the Studio!

We're keeping plenty busy at the studio... don't forget that we've got a holiday food drive going on through Tuesday, November 23.  Anyway you can help/contribute would be greatly appreciated.  We also have our annual clothing/spirit wear sale going on.  Movement Unlimited t-shirts, hoodies & sweatpant orders are due no later than Friday, November 26.  Drop orders off at the studio or mail to our business office.  Clothing makes great Christmas gifts!  Lots more to come as we continue through our 10th Anniversary year.

Updated ZUMBA Schedule for the holiday season...

As we enter into the holiday season the temptation to eat a lot of sweets and the availability of those sweets increases! Combat those extra sweets with a little sweet shakin! We'll be holding ZUMBA classes at the Movement Unlimited Dance Studio in Meadville and at St. Peter's Social Hall in Conneautville. See the schedule below for a few changes to the norm for the next few weeks.
